The trademark registration process in Bangladesh includes several steps, each requiring specific official fees. Below is an overview of the key stages and their associated trademark costs in Bangladesh:

1. Trademark Search (Optional): Before filing, you should conduct a trademark search to ensure no one has already registered the desired mark. Although not mandatory, this step can prevent potential conflicts. The Department of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks (DPDT) provides this service for a fee.	BDT 2000
2. Filing the Application: To register a trademark, submit the Form TM-1.	BDT 5000
3. Examination and Publication: Upon acceptance, the authorities publish the trademark in the Trademark Journal to invite public opposition.	BDT 3000
4. Registration Certificate: If no one opposes within the stipulated period, the authority issues a registration certificate.	BDT 20000
5. Renewal: In Bangladesh, trademarks remain valid for seven years initially. Renewing them extends the protection for an additional ten years.	BDT 20000
